Headless reimplementation of a legacy Sitecore 9.2 site for the International Monetary Fund on Sitecore XM Cloud, with a Next.js frontend over GraphQL.
01What I built
Contributed to the IMF migration from Sitecore 9.2 to XM Cloud: ported site functionality and components onto the headless Next.js front, kept content and rendering behaviour aligned with the source system, and chased migration defects as they appeared. Worked with engineering so data contracts and implementation stayed tied to what the business still needed after cutover.

04Problem
A live Sitecore 9.2 website had to move onto Sitecore XM Cloud without dropping the behaviour editors and visitors already depended on. The public front was rebuilt as a headless Next.js application against the new CMS.

06Outcome
